ConnMan UI after Debian 8.9

After struggling with no success to have static IP with WICD and network-manager-gnome, I was told to try ConnManCTL. The one from the Debian 8.9 image of December 4th 2017 works partially for wifi. I move back to Debian 9.3 and install ConnMan-UI. No icon can be found anywhere. Can someone please show me how to get to it? Thank you so much.
