Time taken for RMA

Hello,

I had requested for RMA as my BBB stopped working and only one LED blinks,

after following various similar posts here, I also applied for RMA.

But its been around a week and there's still no reply. How long does it take for RMA's

to be processed?

Sorry If I sound impatient, I'm just curious.
