PocketBeagle power consumption

Does anyone have power consumption numbers for the PocketBeagle?

It draws 0.25A at 5.0V when idle.

When running hard, like 100 percent CPU loading and lots of memory I/O, that can double during peak loads.

Any accessory loads are extra.
