cloud9 IDE for BeagleBoneBlack

Hello All,

I am trying to get started with beagle bone black. While connecting to 192.168.7.2:3000 using chrome and firefox i'm getting following message:

This site can't be reached

192.168.7.2 refused to connect.

I tried solutions from following posts but it is not working in my case:

I am using windows 7 64 bit.
