Any chance of getting the BeagleBone Black Wireless board files exported as XML for the schematics as well as the board files it would be great if the library files could be gotten as well

Did you look in :

https://github.com/beagleboard/beaglebone-black-wireless/tree/master/EAGLE

The internal format for Eagle ".brd" and ".sch" files is XML.

The libraries for Eagle are embedded inside the board and and schematic files.

You can extract them using utilities provided on the Eagle Web site.

Google is your friend.
