Booting a BeagleBoard X15 into TI RTOS from microSD card...

I recently raised an E2E support request with TI in relation to booting my X15 from a TI RTOS SD card created using 

sudo ./create-sdcard.sh ../prebuilt-sdcards/evmAM572x/sd_card_files/

(as defined in the link: http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/latest/rtos/Overview.html#linux-sd-card-creation-guide)

The reply I got to me request basically says that the X15 doesn't have the necessary data structure in the first stage boot loader EEPROM code which allows it to initialise PPLs, UARTs, etc. or find the MLO on the SD card created using the method above.

Is there any workaround to this problem or is it just impossible to boot an X15 using a TI RTOS SD card?
