How to interface a PT100 sensor with BeagleBoard x15?

Hi,
I would like to measure temperature with pt100 sensors.
What do i need as components?
I believe i will need ADC but which one?
The output will be 0 to 10vdc.
And the programming language is python.
Can someone guide me with electronic diagrams.
