Autoroute 440 extension to West Island project very much alive

This project is discussed in an article in the "Courrier Laval"
newspaper. Despite denials by Beaconsfield Council, this project to
extend Laval Autoroute 440 to cross Ile Bizard and join up with the
West Island is very much on the books.
