Montreal votes to change agglomeration council

The Montreal council voted (symbolically) to abolish the agglomeration
council. Unfortunately councillor Marvin Rotrand had the bad judgement
to put both feet in his mouth and insult the demerged cities when
asked about this.

On the surface of it, the position looks sensible. I think letting all
boroughs vote independantly is one of the few ways to make the island
work, since shared services must be managed one way or another.
