Guys, unfortunately, this document means nothing. There is no context and no signatures.

Unless we can find the original documentation where the specific lease arrangements were stipulated, my suggestion is that we start this thing from scratch and include certain items as included in the document that William drafted so many years ago. This would require some input and cooperation from all members.
