I hope you are well.
We here at the Beacon Bay Round Table club are busy sorting our finances out and other problems we are experiencing.

With this we are requesting a detailed ledger for our bar / membership and rentals from 2014 to current.
We want to sort out these aspects, so to keep us in good standing with the Beacon Bay Country Club.

We would like to have a meeting with you at some point after getting the information to ensure that we don't get back into this situation.
