I agree, we need to get some new gear, we need to team and look like a unit.

However, we cannot in good faith go buying stuff when the table is owing money. It just looks bad.

Reg can you send out the updated invoice list? I don’t have an invoice from the jumping castle guys but I do have the transaction history in my account and SMS for the R800.

Also we need to finalise the finance issue with the BBCC as well as ARTSA.

You raise an interesting point, Chris. Following that logic it could mean that we cancel our AGM and Induction Dinner events too.

We should actually take up the offer on confirmed rentals of our clubhouse by the bridge club. We could just charge a bit extra to compensate for the potential lost revenue - like R250 instead of R200. We could also still allow the annual rug expo to happen at the clubhouse provided the bridge club is accommodated elsewhere during that period as we ourselves have experienced.
