Good Day Guys

Please take a look at pricing I have worked out for the AGM.
Prices are based on us going to buy today PNP for Friday night and
boerie rools and quoted caterer's costs for Saturday Dinner.

I have worked out the prices using the Friday and Saturday Steak Options.

I think if we supply the either meat for Friday we leave the price at
R150 person. If we decide to do the Bring & Braai option, we can drop
the price to minimum R80 per person, but I would make it R100.

Let me know what you guys think , as we need to start sending details
out by next week Monday.
