Hey guys,
We hope that Fall semester is going really well for everyone! We have a couple announcements for you all:
Firstly, we are going to play a little Laser Tag this
Thursday, from 4-6! There's no school (Veteran's Day) and so it'd be really fun for you to come and join us! Afterwards we will probably hang out and just have some time of fellowship. Head over to the
Facebook Event Page to check out more info.
This Wednesday our meeting is in our new location, LA5-151. We will be doing a really fun activity to discuss Jesus' heart for poor. We'll see you there!
Last but not least,
San Diego Winter Conference is coming up (it is from Dec. 28th to Jan. 1st). This is an awesome time to connect with other Cru people, cast vision, and be built up by great speakers and other events. Learn more about Winter Conference at
the website, and be sure to register early to save some money. Feel free to talk to any leaders or staff members on Wednesday to learn more about this awesome conference!
We, as students, know that as the end of the semester approaches, school gets tough and things tend to get stressful rather quickly. We hope this verse can encourage you to remain confident that God has everything in control! Have a great rest of the week and enjoy your deserved break on Thursday.
'We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.'
