BEA2019 Shared Task - Codalab Outage

Dear Shared Task participants,

You may or may not have noticed that Codalab suffered a major catastrophe last week and was completely offline for several days. It is now up and running again, but Codalab did not backup their data so the past years worth of competitions, including the BEA2019 shared task, have been irrecoverably lost.

We have now recreated the competition so you can continue to submit output in the on-going Open Phase, but the official leaderboard in the Test Phase is no longer accessible. Instead, the official leaderboard is now only hosted on the shared task website. To access the new Codalab competitions, we have also updated the links on the shared task website.

We are working on restoring the Codalab leaderboard and detailed results as soon as possible, but mainly wanted to inform you of the situation and let you know that it is once again possible to submit official shared task output from your most recent systems to Codalab. 

We are fortunate that this outage did not occur during the shared task itself, and Codalab have since assured us that they will make more regular backups in future. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but look forward to seeing you all in 2 weeks!
