BEA19 Shared Task Submission Descriptions

Dear Shared Task Participants, 

First, I'd like to thank all teams that submitted system papers to softconf last Friday - we're currently proofreading/reviewing the papers and will get back to you in due course.

For those of you who did not submit papers, we would still like to ask you to email us with an informal description of your approach.

It is important for us to understand the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches, and it is highly likely that all systems performed the best in at least one area of system performance; e.g. maybe you did best at detecting determiner errors. 

We hope to write about this in the shared task overview paper, and so would really appreciate as much information about different systems as possible, even if you do not want to publish a paper.
