Use of Development Data Set

Hi,

 

We have been using the development sets in the Write&Improve and LOCNESS datasets to train our models. Please confirm if the development and training portions can be used in any manner in training.

During the development phase, it's probably better not to include it as training data so you can evaluate your system on the dev set on codalab.

During the test phase however, yes, you can include it as training data.
