What's the recourse?
Roughly half the messages sent to estate agents asking to visit a
property are ignored. Apparently these are properties that are
already sold.
Is there an official government site to show whether a house is still
on the market, considering ads are not reliable?
I was expecting http://www.kadaster.be/ to have this information, but
it seems to only have plot size.
