* Site Restore
* Site copy
* SharePoint Server support during Major Incident
* Analyzing Server logs and ULS logs
* Custom workflows using SharePoint Designer 2007 and 2013
* Custom Approval WFs
* Custom Notifications/Reminders WFs
* Custom Archive WFs
* Custom Reporting WFs
* Farm solution - SP3 - Custom web parts
* Content migration from SP2007 to SP2013 using 3rd party tool
* Content migration within SP2007 site collections.
* Site restructures projects
* Farm level changes, Farm management
* Storage space increase for SharePoint sit
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with SharePoint 2007, 2013 and O365
2. Must have knowledge of O365 Admin Center and know how to utilize it to conduct necessary actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues.
3. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization,
4. Good understanding of server including service packs and hot fixes
5. SharePoint Administrator is expected to be knowledgeable at the database level

6. SharePoint working knowledge of Central Administration, STSADM, and the Power Shell administration module
