Request you to share the following Instructions with the candidates:
1.
Candidates must carry the following with them to the venue:
a.
One (1) updated copy of your resume
b.
Hard copy of employment application form
c.
Black or Blue Ball point pen
d.
Any of the following VALID Photo Identification: College ID card / Driving License / Passport / Voter’s ID Card
2.
Please note that if a candidate gets selected, they need to comply with the following terms:
a.
Sign a 2-year service agreement
b.
Willing to work in shifts as and when required
c.
Work in any of the company’s offices in
India
d.
Work in any of the service lines such as, Application development, Application Maintenance, Testing and Infrastructure Maintenance
3.
During the test, cell phones should be in the switched off mode
4.
No electronic devices to be used for calculation during Aptitude test
5.
There is no negative marking in the Aptitude test
Process on the day of event:

Pre Placement Presentation
2.
Aptitude Test (1 hour)
3.
Correction of Aptitude test paper
4.
Declaration of Aptitude Test results
5.
Technical Interview and HR Interview
6.
Preliminary selected candidates names will be declared on the day of recruitment drive & final list will be out after the papers are reviewed at iGATE Patni Office
Documentation:
1.
PFA excel sheet. The candidate details needs to be filled and sent across to

PFA the employment application form. This form needs to be filled and sent across to
campus.re...@igatepatni.com a week prior to the event date only by you and not by a candidate. Request you to ZIP the forms sent to you by
the candidates before sending it across to us.
