If U are ready and wanted to quickstart your property portfolio, U
shud consider to look at the AUCTION properties.

Nowadays there are numerous auctions taking place every month. Some
are for one or two units but some are a huge number of units.

The benefit of going for auction units is that there are below the
market price by at least 10%. Some are 50%.

The only challange that U have is to do some home work on the house
conditions and status.

U need to make a trip to have a look at the unit that you are keen to
buy.

U only need to pay 10% of the cost and after three month U pay the
balance.
