Those who have reach a certain level of richness they tend to have
little time with their garden or wahing their car at home.
The best direction that I took was to move to a Kondo Life. I love it
and it make me sane.
There is no more grass cutting, watering of plants, washing of cars,
look after the water fountain and clean the drain. All are taken care
by the Kondo Service Department.
We have nearly 10 workers everyday tending th garden, removal of
rubbish and looking after a big smimming pool.
I also have a GYM and the gate is looked after by Security guards.
What more do U want. I freed more of my time and have lots of time to
do my web group discussion and my hobbies.
If U wanted to have more free time, I suggest that U move to a Kondo
that fit your style. Choose a reasonably good one with good services
and not to crowded.
U will appreciate the quiteness and the feeling of safety at home.
U can leave the house for days without worrying any buglary and so
forth ...

Totally agreed....I went throught that for the last 20
years......condo is the place to be for those not into DIY.... and
living a busy life especially heavy traveller.
