U have never given yourself a chance and U will never do forever ...
This is my personal observation and my judgement.
Well it is not too late to start at 30 years of age. But U need to
start as soon as U can.
To procastinate and just leave to fate does not fit your planning of
becoming a Millionaire. U have to act and be brave that U have to
start somewhere and the beginning is in you and not someone else.
U can perhaps check your financial standing. See how much U have in
the bank. Then look at the expenses that U incur every month and
check with the salary U are getting. Perhap cut corners and try to
bring the monthly expenses down and get a new and better paid job.
Once U have a more positive cash flow, U should start this mind set
that there is alway a new beginning to be a Millionaire.
Visit your bankers and see how he can advise U with your situation.
Just tell him that U wud like to buy your own house.
There is no gain by not taking your own action to start a new way of
life.
