I have see a bank statement shown to me by a very good and personal
friend of mine who have managed to enroll in a Private Placement
Programme or Roll Over Program.
The returns shown was 1 billion per two days. Maximum 10 days for the
first tranche. He had 3 more coming.
This is the first time that I met someone who have done it
successfully but he need to settle the bank charges and miscellaneous
charges of not less then 6 million before he can activate the cash.
My conclusion is that if U know the right people the programme do
work.
U need to standby with enought monies to activate the cash that they
have sent U.
I also feel that U need to investigate when the money shud be draw
down so that U can reduce the charges.

Harry, pardon me for not sure what type of private placement you are
refering to, but my best guess, if you are refering to KLSE listed company's
private placement, mainly for the purpose to fullfill Bumi's 30%
requirement ( this is not during the IPO stage but after IPO where the
original holder of 30% have sold out thier portion), as the requirements
spells, only for bumi, non bumi can only lick their slivers...:-((
Yes, many makes multi million in one transactions....espcially election is
coming.

where people with bulk cash meet the right person with knowlegde will
lead to such investments.
I myself is a trader but only deals with foreign currency. What I
discovered, in this field.....people with money can make money. You
have to understand the mechanisme when to buy or sell the currency and
get out with profits that are beyond the normal trades offer. On the
other hand, let the knowlegable person do the transaction while
investors sit tight with the managed account and enjoy the profits
agreed. Any investments or business are risky but we can have it the
hard way or the smart way. Any takers for the challenge millionaire-to-
be?

I in principle do believed that MLM is a big opportunity for anyone
who need an additional source of income.
The only thing that I don't like is the amount of hours that U need to
put in.
I was once active in some of the MLM and after a few years it fizzled
out.
Those like amway, cosway and CNI are a very good products and are very
strong in Malaysia.
I was once very keen with the Newskin, herballife and now Usana.
Frankly I am taking usana product every morning and my son is selling
the product.
The issue here is I do not see any improvement in my system and I took
it because my son wanted me to try
So every morning will take as per described.
Since I do not see any marvelous result I am not keen to be one of the
marketeers.
I know there are many good things as explained by their website but I
do not believed in the amount of effort that I need to put in.
They drag U to this meeting and that and at the end U will be
exhausted with very little returns to your pocket. Those guys at the
top are okay but not us at the bottom.
I prefer to do something that excite me the first thing I open my
eyes. Something that put the adrenaline into my blood system.
I am not against MLM but I prefer something else.
I like the placement program.
I like to go and buy houses during auction.
I like to own more birdnest houses.
I like to sell something that will make my client see the result
immediately like started a NGV conversion shop in KL and one taxi
operator send to me two cars everyday for conversion.
After conversion, a new s merz and new camry, we converted and he
started to ply between KL and the airport.
The first thing he did was to give us a call screaming about how good
the car was and how much he save per trip. Aye ya, manyak mabub, itu
kereta U convert bagi saya banyak untung. Haru ini saya mahu hantar
lagi dua.
Every car converted give me a handsome income and just three weeks we
have converted more them 10 cars including estima, wira, camry, merz,
perodua myyvi, nazaria and so on.
We help people to be happy. People pay us without being asked.
This is what make me very happy everyday when I open my eyes every
morning.
Not MLM especially the first two to three years.
That is my frank opinion and sorry if U feel otherwise.
PS: My own son is doing it just because his girlfriend father is his
upline ...

not forget efforts around the clock is a must. Not to mention, hours
of time taken meeting people either for the purpose of recruitement,
hang out with the community for brain wash on how to maintain,
survive, find practical ways to build up the group and lots more.
What we need, ways to make money constantly but less time/effort. Do
it the smart way i meant, not doing nothing!
Like Mr Harry mention, auction is a place where we can sell the
property bought at a higher price within a short period. Being a
swiflet farmer also a good option, that is why it is known as "white
gold".
Now a new information brought to us where big boys play, investment!
Yes....we are familiar with BSKL but we do not have the knowlegde with
PPP. But after reading few in the internet, we know we have not reach
the level to simply invest millions to get billions, but there are
people out there....
But can we afford 50k below, 100k below , 500k below or even 1
mil.below? I am sure.....setting up a business need capital, same goes
with investment. So if given the option, do you still want to go and
open up a shop running your business, or just invest to the right
market which will give returns monthly up to the % agreed?
This is where wisedom take place.........like Mr Harry said, no
objection with MLM but options are out there to venture/challenge.
Every business is a risk.....

Well said Harry, I totally agreed, unless one is prepare to
talk-talk-run-run for YEARS before seeing result,
else MLM/Insurant/Mutual Fund is not his/her cup of tea, I give it up many
many moons ago.
property and bird house is more fun...less work, better profit, and faster
also.
something that can burn for a long time, but don't burnt too fast, else no
stamina to catch up. :-))
