1. Screening of resume
2. Telephonic Round – Oct 26 to Oct 30, 2015
3. Face to Face interview in Bangalore – Oct 30, 2015 or November 01, 2015
Common Skills required for all Roles :
Proficiency in Embedded C, C++ language
Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485.
Knowledge of different areas of SDLC.
Software development and debugging using various tools (e.g., Trace32, CAN & Diagnostic testing)
Usage of static code analysis tools like PC-Lint, QAC .
Knowledge of Microcontroller & hardware.
Understanding of structured Software Quality Processes like CMMI.

Engineer -I /II/ Lead Engineer (Design) | 2 - 9 Yrs | Programming Language: C, C++ |
Engineer -I / II /Lead Engineer (Validation) | 2 - 9 Yrs | Scripting Language CAPL, Python, HIL Experience in Black Box Testing, Test Automation, NI components Familiarity with hardware debugging |
Engineer -I / II /Lead Engineer (Matlab Design) | 2 - 9 Yrs | Experience in MATLAB based model development and testing Expertise in simulink, Stateflow, m-scripting and RTW |
The referral amount for each successful closure will be INR 10,000 for Engineer I/II and INR 15,000 for Lead Engineer (subject to candidate joining). The payment will be made through salary on confirmation of employee.
