Ok I am telling you how to build a link as for example if you want to
create link or want to buld link like a way if some one search by
outlet then you want to build link with the site http://www.outletfest.com

In that case you can build link by:

then when you will submit this then you will find a link called
outlet and when you click this you will go to the outletfest.com site

But be careful about not spamming and do not post forum or other blogs

dofollow . if your posted link is not do follow then it wouldn’t be
