My Host suspended due to high server load. Can anyone help ?

Hello
I am Burhan from SUST, CSE 2005 batch
I own a domain http://www.dscripts.net and a hosting space at
http://www.starhostbd.com

Yesterday when I entered my domain I saw a message saying "Your site
suspended!"
When I contacted the host admin they only reply me saying "Your host
suspended due to high load on server!".

But they are not clearing me in details what the reason actually is
for suspension. When I made phone call to their support team at dhaka
office they said roughly that I had to move my domain to another
host!!!
There not gonna reactivate my account!
They didnt talk gently as a support team member should. The way he
talked was so much neglecting...
"Vai eto ksu amra bujhaite parbo na, apni domain move koren ami
details reasono apnake janate parbo na, obujher moto kotha bolben na,
notification dear kono niom amader tos e nai"

I asked why atleast they didnt send me any notification and he just
said that they dont send any notification before suspension!!!!
They also said they 'll not refund my money for the rest of the
billing priod left

I dont know why are they doing this nonsense!!
They are not even telling me how will I get my files and database
back!!
Atleast if they are a host they should not delete my data!!

This host "STARHOSTBD.COM" is really nonsense!

Can any one help?
Can any one tell me what should I do now?


By this time I also need a new host to transfer my domain away from
these stupids. Can any one tell me about any realable host. I dont
wanna see this happen again

I ran this website from 2006. Last december I bought this domain and
host from these nonsenses. I still have more than 4 months left before
my bill payments.
Most of the pages of my site has "6" google page ranking and I had
revenued more than 1500$ from this domain by advertising. this domain
is god damn important for me
and so the god damn rubbis my host is.

Plz send me some feedback on what should I do in this condition

I was facing from this types problem, without notification they are fully suspended my domain.
please can any one advice me about best support for hosting company....
