I am delighted to extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected President, Dr Saiful Habib, the General Secretary, Dr Asheek Mohammed Shimul, and the other esteemed members of the Executive Council (EC) of the Newcastle Bangladeshi Community (NBC).
