We are deeply saddened and disturbed by the tragic and senseless act of violence that occurred recently at Bondi in Sydney. Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and all those who have been affected by this heartbreaking incident.
Such events shake us all and remind us how fragile life can be. On behalf of the Newcastle Bangladeshi Community, we extend our sincere condolences to those who have lost loved ones, and we wish strength, comfort, and a full recovery to everyone who has been injured or traumatised.
We also want to acknowledge the courage and swift response of emergency services and first responders who acted under extremely difficult circumstances.
