Important Details for Tomorrow’s NBC's10th Year Celebration

Dear Community Members who Registered for our 10th Year Celebration,
We are excited to remind you that our Newcastle Bangladeshi Community (NBC) 10th Year Celebration with Mezban will be held tomorrow. The program will start promptly at 5:00 PM.
A few important points to note:

Special Gifts for Early Arrivals: The first 10 guests (Time Smart Guests!) to arrive at the event will have a chance to receive a special gift. We will have a form at the entrance where the first 10 attendees can write down their name, address, and mobile number to claim their gifts. The gate will open at 4:55 pm.

Parking Instructions: Please kindly follow the parking instructions. We request that you fill up the parking spaces from the far end first and then gradually move forward. This will help us manage the parking smoothly.

Supervision of Children: We are expecting a large gathering of nearly 700 people. We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your young children throughout the event. Please monitor them to ensure everyone’s safety.

Food Station Line Etiquette: When you come to the food station, please line up patiently. Priority in the line will be given first to elderly guests, then to women and children, and finally to other adults. We appreciate your cooperation.

Social Media Disclaimer: As this is a significant event with many attendees, we will be capturing a lot of photos and sharing them on our social media. If you have any concerns about being photographed, please let us know by emailing us at modera...@gmail.com.

Ticketed Event: Please remember that this is a ticketed event. Entry will be allowed upon showing your ticket at the entrance. We kindly request everyone to have their tickets ready to help us manage the entry smoothly.
