Finally I have switched to Ubuntu its great. but the best thing for me
I have installed flex builder linux alpha on it. its running well.
only thing thats bothers some time it doesn't have the designer view.
I am running my AIR Apps on Ubuntu its great, no problem at all.

congratulation, welcome to the new world!
not having designer is great, cause you will learn better from coding by hand :D
