Showcase some Flex work!

Guys/Appaz, I think it would be nice to see if we could showcase some
flex work by people form Bangladesh and see what can learn from each
other. I know people are busy with work all the time but I think we
should try as there is huge scope for Flex development and if we can
have collaboration then we can achieve great things.
btw, I just start out with Flex a day ago but I will see what I can
contribute here and get some feedback from everybody.
