Information on DLF apartment

I wanted to collect some information on the DLF westend apartment. Is
there any feedback? What is the current rate going on in the area?

Yes...guess so.... thats the only DLF project in Bangalore that they
relaunched a couple of months back...

Don't get into DLF trap. They are all economy/budget apartments and I
am sure they will take years together to construct. They alreasy
cheated lots of customers.
Go for local builders like Prestige, purva, brigade sobha and at least
a year delay you will finally get to see your home.

DLF is one of the biggest builders in the country so why should it be
a trap? I have nothing for DLF or against the others but their current
prices being quoted @ 1850 looks quite attractive compared to other
local builders who are still playing the wait and watch game.

Any feedback from people who have booked there will be worthwhile.

DLF is in deep financial trouble .Some very top people in the
financial industry have said this .

Be careful with your hard earned money .If you can ,buy residential
plots or buy an already developed apartment .you can get it at good
rates .
