Does any one have any idea of rates going around in bangalore
Specially areas like
Hennur
Jalahalli
HBR
HRBR
Kalyanagar

Outer ring around Old madras to Marthalai

Also what would be the rates of Villa in general ?

I know a project in Jalahalli. They quoted Rs 00 for a bulk purchase
of 50 sites.
The cost in HRBR ranges between 7100 (1st block )to 7500 ( ring road
facing plots ). In kalyan Nagar / Hennur, you should get it for 4500
psft.

A villa on a 50X80 plot can cost upto 4 Crores in HRBR. In
kasturinagar, just before ram murthy nagar, a normal house 3000 sq ft
on a 30x40 can cost upto 1.6 Crores.

House prices are bottoming out. another 25 % down from here should be
a time to venture.
