GPR GRANDE V/S RK TOWNSHIP.

Hi,

I would like to know which of these township would be a better bet. I
dont know much about the
GPR GRANDE, as there is no website for this layout.

All i know is both are on hosur Road.

Please share your opinion. What would be the best price to buy.

I would go for GPR Grande , though a bit off Hosur Road is cleaner &
seems safer than RK township , last I saw it was about 2 years back .
There are other layouts in the area Daddy's Garden ( Now South Borg) ,
Royal Gardenia , Vaasundhra Lyt , Ananant Nagar Phase 1 & 2 ,
Reliaable Lavendula that you may need to check out.Gardenia & Daddy's
are probably the best of the lot , others have some drawbacks or the
other , mostly relating to indifferent development & maintenance. If
you are interested in a 60x40 or larger site , my brother has 2
adjacent 4000 sqft sites in Vasundhra Layout that we can give you at
very competitive rates . Just leave your contact email here if

The only reason for me to opt GPR Grande or RK township is the
pricing.

How is Grande Safer then RK Township. I was told that there are many
houses with 14 parks etc etc.
more over Grande does not even have website.If i could get more info
on Grande it would really help me.

Prices offered are in GPR Grande 1000 Rs psf and In RK 1150 psf.

GPR Grand has an all round compund wall. When I saw RK it , didn't and
GPR seemed much cleaner too . The surrounding areas of RK too are
quite filthy . I have not been to either for quite some time now.
Things may have changed. Since you are seriously looking to buy , why
not pay a visit. I think Ananant Nagar Phase 2 , nearby is in the same
range too , may be even cheaper . You may look at this option too. One
Mr. Kamat 9449830243 deals in real estate there , but is a bit of a
tricky guy to deal with . Srikant of Home Solutions too can be
contacted , 9886797972 , 9886606184 for deals in the area . He can
give you a better picture of layouts and rates.

Thank you so much for all the informations. Yes i am looking a site.
Last year i could not board the bus.... as
the tickets were too HIGH :). Hoping i dont miss this time... I am
really not sure how good would it be to
approach broker. they take you for a ride... Instead if would prefer
to have direct deals with owner.

Do yu have website for dadday's layout.

Aproximate price range in layouts on hosur road (Pref near to
electronic city)

Called up Daddy's Garden they dont have sites... They only have
Villa's
Everybody knows... The pricing of these villaas :)

1. Daddy's Garden 1800~2000 rs psqft
2. Anantnagar Phase 2 1000~1500
3. Vasundhra Lyt . 1350~1800
4. GPR Royale 1350~1800
5. Reliaable Lavendula 1500~2000
6. Royal Gardenia 1800~2200
7. Duo City 1500~2000 ( is before E City)

All others are within 4 kms of E City .
