Anyone dealt with "Prasanthi Grand Villa" near Electronic City on Anekal Road,

Hello Friends,

From the pics, "Prasanthi Grand Villa" near Electronic City on
Anekal Road, looks very good. i am thinking of asking my brother to
contact them.. but before that i would like to know if anyone in this
group or your frinds/relatives have dealt with them and what are the
pros and cons of buying plots in this location.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Well the problem with South Bangalore / after E City is that nothing
new is coming up that will create jobs & housing demand , so the value
appreciation won't be there . Development of Hosur town that can give
some impetus to this area to is on hold. All the many SEZ's etc. are
in cold storage for now . As Anekal is quite far from E City ,
atleast 15 kms , is for you to decide if the loaction works for you .
I can give you another option that is posted else where here . My
brother a US NRI has 2 adj 50x80 sites in Vasundhra Layout , is 4kms
from Infosys & Biocon , in Anantnagar area . He is willing to sell
each or both at very competitive rates . A 2000 sqft villa on it can
be built at any time and far lower costs as developer builders charge
a heavy premium over land rates . The sites have a nice lake view .
Vasundhra has about 25 homes and 500 plus sites. Has the usual
amenties . There are villas by Concorde , Daddy's South Borg & Deccan
Palms in the are on 30x40 , 30x50 , 60x40 sites that you may compare
to arrive at a fair price for land . This self build option will
definately work out much cheaper. If interested please leave your

Called up Daddy's Garden they dont have sites... They only have
Villa's
Everybody knows... The pricing of these villaas :)

Hi
my id is amit_...@hotmail.com. Friend. Vasundhara does not fit in
my budjet.Thats the reason
