Remaining Chicken Workshops

I just wanted to make sure this info was out there in time for anyone
who might want to take a class. These are or remaining classes as of
now. (We are trying to put together another 1 or 2 together this month
before I leave, but that may or may not happen). City Council should
Ratify a bylaw this month, and they will be strongly recommending (but
thankfully probably not requiring) new chickeners to take a class.
- Oct 10, 10:00 Gardenworks Mandeville in Burnaby
- Oct 17, 1:00 ish Stone Soup Festival, Brittania Community Center
Vancouver (after showing of Mad City Chickens movie)
- Oct 26, 6 - 8, Trout Lake Park Cedar Cottage
- Oct 27, 7 - 9, Langara College
Please give out this info to anyone interested, and they can contact
myself or Ross Moster to sign up for a class.
Plus, please take a moment to read the press release sent earlier of
the draft bylaw, and please send in your comments so we get the bylaw
that we want!
