The 2013 BCSWomen Lovelace Colloquium will be held on April 4th in Nottingham.

This is the UK's main event for women undergraduate students of computing. Now
in its 6th year, the day features talks from industry and academia, a
panel-based careers session, stalls from employers, and lots of networking
opportunitites. The centrepiece of the day is a poster contest for women
students allowing you show off your own work and have the chance to win real
prizes. Many poster contest entrants will get their travel refunded by sponsors
(most years we are able to sponsor travel - and accommodation if needed - for
around 40 out of 100+ attendees).

There is also a free lunch, so what are you waiting for!  Read on for
more poster contest details...

you are selected, you will need to be able to get to the event with
your poster in order to compete.

[1] We interpret "Related subjects" very broadly - in the past, we
have had students following courses in computer arts, cognitive
science, information systems, and a large number of different
joint/major/minor programmes of study. If you're not sure, drop the
organisers an email on bcswomen...@gmail.com, we'll probably say
"yes".
