Contributions for Tsunami victims in India.

Dear BCS Members,

Our Indian Embassy in Kuwait had organised a meeting on 30th December 2004
at 5 PM at Embassy Auditorium for all Indian Associations to discuss the
assitance and relief efforts to be provided to the victims of a massive
earthquakes and tidal waves caused serious damage and enoromous loss of
human lives in Andaman & Nicober Island,Tamilnadu, Pondicherry and part of
Kerala.
His Excellency The Ambassador of India has appealed to all Indian
Associations to contribute to the Prime Ministers National Relief Fund
directly or through Indian Embassy, Kuwait. A special counter has been
opened at the Indian Embassy in this regard. Kindly note that at this moment
no material assistance ( like clothes , foods etc ) will be accepted by the
Government of India.
We, therefore request all BCS members to contribute generously to the above
fund . Your contributions will be accepted by any of our executive members
at the earliest. We will also collect the contribution at the ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING to be held on 5th January 2005. All amounts collected by 5th January
2005 will be deposited to the Indian Embassy Kuwait on 6th January 2005.
