The majority of it is distributed as open source at upcdatabase.com, though that doesn't include the parts we and you have added. We could set up a way to download it, but then someone would need to develop software to use it. If someone is interested, please write me off list.

In what format is the database stored?
Is it in CSV like the downloadable database from upcdatabase.com or is it
another format like sql.
If you are using mysql you could create a cron job on the server to create a
dump of the database and stick it in a tar ball once a day.

It's in MySQL, but as you said, I could create just about any format from it
and am willing to do so if there's interest.
