Larry,

Yes, I’ve been getting this message now for at least a month, and I’ve let AT Guys know about it several times.

I received only one vague response at first, and no responses at all to my later reports that it’s still happening.

Not exactly a happy camper at this point, because I just purchased the scanner with a large project in mind where I was going to purchase a bunch of preprinted barcodes on stickers and label a large CD collection using them, and perhaps some other things.
