Key Goals of the Position
• To develop and implement a new strategic plan for the CSCTA.
• To actively represent the interests of CSCTA to Swimming Canada,
PSO’s and the local community.
• To provide effective management and administer the activities of
the CSCTA.
• To undertake various projects and partnerships that will benefit
the CSCTA.
• To ensure that decisions of the Board of Directors are carried
out in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Identify, organize and promote professional development
opportunities for the CSCTA membership.
• Maintain and evolve the CSCTA website.

Term
• The term for this full-time position is negotiable but should not
be less than 2 years.
