Neurogenetics Questions

Hi Guys,

Sorry I couldn't make it tonight. Here are my answers for the neurogenetics questions. Much of this is the same as what you already have but I re-wrote a lot of it in my own words or added things or changed examples, which may or may not make it more intuitive for you. If anyone has things to add/change/correct, please update it and re-post and indicate the changes. I have a feeling there has to be more to the visual effects of reeler mutation, so if anybody knows something critical for this, please chime in. If anyone has questions about any of this, let me know. I really appreciate everyone's contributions so far.
