About the presenter

Daniel Aherne has worked in Neurodiversity in a workplace context for over 15 years. For a significant part of that time, he managed Employment Training for the National Autistic Society. In 2016 Daniel founded Adjust to raise awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace by providing organisations with clear, positive and practical training and consultancy. The attached brochure provides details of the company's innovative approach.

Since setting up Adjust, he has helped many high profile organisations start their neurodiversity conversation, including the CIPD, EY, Clifford Chance, Farrer and Co, Unilever, Vodafone, Mercedes Benz, the Met Office and the makers of the Channel 4 show The Undateables.

Daniel has been featured in the book The Bigger Picture Book of Amazing Dyslexics and the Jobs They Do.
