Synopsis

In this session, we will make a case for why all organisations must master the digital age by learning how to deliver reliable software-based products more often with happier staff and customers.

This session focuses on creating a better work system and managing the flow of work, with transparency and alignment, yet without overburdening teams.

About the presenter

Nader Talai is an expert in working with the executive leadership, key stakeholders, portfolio and program teams to implement focused and aligned improvements in people, process and technology to drive cultural change and enable enterprise agility.

He is also a past Chair of BCS SPA!
