need list of band names for a project

I'm working on a project where I'm automating music feeds from a list of bands.  Right now what I need is lists of real bands.  The more obscure the better.  How may you ask do this?  The easiest way is to command line into a directory that has band names in it and run:

Windows: dir /b > bands.txt
OSX & LInux: ls -1 > bands.txt

This would be a big help.  You can email 'bands.txt' to 'bands+brandon dot p dut dixon @ gmail  dut com'
