Dear OYCF Members and Friends:

OYCF's 10th annual meeting will be held in Menlo College, CA (near
Stanford University) on May 23-25. The theme is Globalization and
Nationalism across the Taiwan Strait. Attached are the tentative program
and registration form. The deadline for registration is May 8. Please
also note that we plan to host a celebration party for OYCF's 10th
anniversary on May 24.
