Announcing bcolz 1.2.0

What's new

This is a minor release that essentially updates internal C-Blosc

sources to 1.14.2.  This is important for forward compatibility reasons.

Because of this an upgrade is highly recommended.

Also, support for Python 2.6 and 3.4 has been dropped.
