Version mismatch in doc

I was going to use the libcap interface to use SPI as a non-root user, as explained in the main page here http://www.airspayce.com/mikem/bcm2835/

I couldn't find the right switches in the code until I realized the doxygen page is generated from version 1.66, while the download link in it points to version 1.64, before the libcap option was added. I since downloaded version 1.66 and it seems to be working.
