Designation: JD Edwards CNC consultant

Experience Required: 5+years

Candidate should have done with at least 1-4 full cycle JDE project implementation / Migration / Upgrade with at least 8 years of industry experience of which minimum 5-7 years of experience in JD Edwards CNC OneWorld/ OneWorld Xe/ Enterprise One 8. x
Good knowledge in the Installation Configuration Upgrade of the Enterprise One 8. 12 / 9. 0
Provides Configurable Network Computing (CNC) expertise in troubleshooting EnterpriseOne problems. 
Provides systems expertise in troubleshooting EnterpriseOne, World, and third party integration problems. Works with vendors, internal teams and customers to solve problems. 
Monitors and tracks system performance, resolves performance problems, and performs performance tuning to optimize application processing. 
Supports capacity management and planning, including database management, Disk space management and job queue management. 
Creates and maintains JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments, which includes Deployment Servers, configuring EnterpriseOne CNC and EnterpriseOne client servers (Citrix, Web) . 
Implements standard security policies and procedures to ensure the standard EnterpriseOne application security is in place. 
Installs and manages EnterpriseOne ServicePacks, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs and other fixes as appropriate. 
On complex cross- functional issues, takes ownership of the problem and works with all required resources to arrive at resolution. 
Analyzes chronic problems for patterns of systemic issues applicable to other customers and implements/ monitors/ oversees the resolution. 
Participates in backup and recovery planning.
